The Association is governed by its Constitution, which was adopted in June 2003 and amended in July 2008 and July 2009.  

The Executive Committee meets at least four times a year, usually in central London.  During the pandemic, its members have met on Zoom.  The current postholders and committee were elected on 17 November 2020. 

The Annual General Meeting is usually held in June or July.  In 2020 it was delayed until November and held on Zoom. The next AGM is due will take place on July 2021.
